How it works
Questions before. Notes after. One fix carried forward.
Pregame Card is a small, self-running tool made by WeldonPC. There is no staff behind it reading your notes, and nothing in it is written by anyone but this site and your crew.
1. The pregame card
Choose a sport, the number of officials, the level and indoors or outdoors. The card lists questions in game-clock order: arrival, before the start, coverage, signals between officials, game management, special situations, the end of the game and after it. Every crew gets the common questions; each sport adds its own section; outdoor games add weather and field questions; youth games add a teaching question. Nothing you choose on the builder is stored.
2. The Crew Room
Open a room, give it a name like "Tuesday varsity crew" and share its link with your crew. Add a game: date, label, sport, crew size, level. The game page holds the positions (with initials), the crew's answers to every question, the debrief and the carry-forward. When two of you save at the same time, each answer you changed is kept: the page only writes the fields you touched.
3. The debrief and the carry-forward
After the game each official adds a short note: what went well, one fix, and up to 5 plays to look at again, by period, clock time and jersey number. The crew then writes one carry-forward. It appears at the top of the next game's pregame, and the next debrief marks it Done, Partly or Not yet. The season trail lists them all.
What it is not
- Not a rulebook, a mechanics manual, an evaluation or a rating. It never tells you what the rule is.
- Not an assigning or scheduling service, and not connected to one.
- Not affiliated with any league, association or governing body.
- Not a place for names: officials are initials, players are numbers.
Money
The builder is free. A Crew Room is free for 3 games. Crew Pass $1.95/month or $19.50/year, or $1.00 for a 3-day Weekend Pass · Free during preview. See Pricing.
