Privacy
We keep what your crew types, and very little else.
Written for this site on 13 October 2026; last updated 31 October 2026 (a Questions section was added; the Advertising section was added 17 October). Pregame Card is run by WeldonPC (weldonpc.com).
The pregame builder
Nothing you choose on the builder is stored. The choices travel in the page address so the card can be printed or shared.
Crew Rooms
- What is stored: the room name; for each game its date, label, sport, crew size, level, setting, the position labels and initials, your crew's answers, the carry-forward and how it went; each debrief note (initials, what went well, one fix, plays to review).
- The room code is not stored, only a one-way fingerprint of it (SHA-256). We cannot look up or recover a lost link.
- No names, please. The forms ask for initials and jersey numbers. Do not type players', coaches' or anyone else's names, or anything about a minor beyond a number.
- Who sees it: anyone holding the link. Room pages are never listed, searched or indexed, and they tell browsers not to pass the link on to other sites.
- Deleting: delete a debrief note, a game or the whole room from its page. A room nobody opens for 400 days is deleted with everything in it.
Backups
The database is copied every night; those copies are kept for 14 days. Copies are also made when the site is updated, and the server has its own backups. A deleted room stays in those copies until they are replaced.
Addresses, cookies and logs
- To limit abuse we count new rooms and saves per day. The counters hold a salted, one-way fingerprint of your internet address, never the address, and are deleted after two days.
- Pages with a form set one cookie (
__Host-pc_csrf) that protects the form from forgery. There are no other cookies: no analytics services, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies. The one script from elsewhere is WeldonPC's own banner ad on the public pages, from adengine.us; it counts one page view per page as a daily total and carries no ID. See Advertising. - The web server keeps standard access logs (address, time, page requested) as part of running the server.
Advertising
The home page, the pregame builder, Pricing and How it works show one banner ad from AdEngine (adengine.us), the small ad network run by WeldonPC, the company behind this site. For now the ads are for WeldonPC's own services. Crew Room pages, the page that starts a room, this page and the terms show no ad, and nothing your crew writes is ever sent to it.
To show an ad, your browser loads a script from adengine.us, asks it for one banner, loads the banner image, and reports once that the page was viewed and once that the banner was shown. Like any website, adengine.us receives your IP address, your browser type and the address of this site with those requests. It is told the site, not the page: the choices in a pregame card address stay here.
- No cookies, no profile. AdEngine sets no cookies, gives you no ID and does not track you from site to site.
- How your IP address is used. adengine.us looks up the approximate city for your IP address in a location database kept on its own server (nothing is sent to anyone else), so that ads meant for one area are shown only there. It also uses the address to count each ad view or click only once and to leave out robots and WeldonPC's own office traffic. The address is not stored with the counts; the temporary entries made from it expire within six hours and are cleared from the server within two days.
- What is kept. Daily totals only: page views for this site, and views and clicks for each ad. The adengine.us web server also keeps a standard access log (IP address, time, address requested, referring site, browser) for security; it is deleted on a rolling schedule.
- Clicking an ad passes through adengine.us, which counts the click, and then opens the advertiser's site, which has its own privacy policy.
- Nothing about you is sold or shared.
What we never do
We do not sell or share what your crew writes, we send no email, and nothing you write is used to train AI. There is no AI in this site.
Payments
When payments open they will go through PayPal, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We will keep only what PayPal tells us about the pass (plan, status, dates).
Questions
For a question about this page or how the site handles what your crew writes, contact WeldonPC. Do not include your room link.
